17. Network Organizations Guide

A key challenge in the endeavor of systems innovation is the scale and complexity of the systems we wish to effect change within. The scale of the complex systems we are working to change is much larger than any one organization can respond to effectively. As such systems change is about mobilizing whole ecosystems to create new patterns of organization. These “ecosystems” are a new kind of networked organization that integrates and aligns diverse actors towards common ends.
