The aim is to help you understand contemporary thinking about change in complex organizations and how to apply that knowledge through various models and methods.
By the end of this guide, you should have a basic understanding of the key aspects of transition processes within complex systems. This is outlined in the first two sections that provide insight into transition processes accompanied by two useful models; the Three Horizons model and the Two Loops model. The second two sections in this guide are designed to help you understand how to influence these changes by identifying leverage points and building future pathways for the realization of a constructive transition process.
