Systems Changing

Historically each major transformation, in human thinking, in organization, and technological development has been preceded by skepticism disbelief and doubt that anything but what exists could exist. Until a tipping point, then things changed exponentially. Walls start to come down the change becomes unstoppable. Everywhere small initiatives, start growing in a distributed fashion, without a center to fight against. Eroding the old structures, as they become overloaded. Eventually, a new pattern coalesces and the two worlds diverge The system changes into a new paradigm. “In a matter of decades society altogether rearranges itself its worldview its basic values… Fifty years later a new world exists and the people born into that world cannot even imagine the world in which their grandparents lived. Our age is such a period of transformation” – Peter Drucker.
